Refund Policy

1. Eligible Refunds

| Membership Fees | Non-refundable | Once membership is activated |
| Training Programs | Full refund | Within 5 days of payment, access not granted |
| Training Programs | No refund | Once training access has been granted |
| Duplicate Payments | Full refund | Verified within 5–10 business days |
| Failed Transactions | Not charged | No payment processed |
2. Refund Processing
- All approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider.
- PMDAN will confirm refund approvals by email.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Customers must contact PMDAN directly at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider.
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and access.
- PMDAN will cooperate fully with payment provider dispute resolution processes.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Full name
- Transaction reference number
- Service purchased
- Reason for refund request
5. Policy Updates
PMDAN reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on the PMDAN website and will take effect from the date of publication.
