Cancellation Policy

1. Webinars and Events

  • Full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • No refund is provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time.
  • Where PMDAN cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session of equivalent value.

2. Membership

  • Membership may be cancelled at any time; however, membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period.
  • Members who cancel will lose access to member-exclusive benefits upon cancellation confirmation.

3. Training and Certification Programs

  • Participants may cancel and request a refund within 5 calendar days of payment, provided training access has not been granted.
  • Once access to training materials, recordings, or examination content has been granted, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

4. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Transaction reference number
  • Service to be cancelled
  • Reason for cancellation

5. Policy Updates

PMDAN reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on the PMDAN website and will take effect from the date of publication.
